Power System Technology (PST) covers the fields of power generation and grid connection, transmission, distribution and power consumption. The journal publishes original research papers pertaining to industrial automation, intelligent systems, robotics, instrumentation, power electronics, power systems and control theory and applications. The journal Editorial Board welcomes manuscripts in both fundamental and applied research areas, and encourages submissions which contribute novel and innovative insights to the field of electrical & mechanical engineering.

Currently, the editorial board is focusing and prioritizing the areas of key energy and power technologies supporting carbon peak and carbon neutrality, key technologies for integrated energy systems for dual carbon goals, new energy power generation and operation control technologies, key technologies for power market design and operation for new power systems, fault characteristics and relay protection technologies of new power systems, evolution and technical paths of new power systems, emerging technologies and standards, etc.

Contributions are welcome on research, development and/or innovation in any area of science or technology in which the novelty and implications to control and automation are made clear. All submitted articles considered suitable for Power System Technology (PST) are subjected to rigorous peer review to ensure the highest levels of quality. The review process is carried out as quickly as possible to minimize any delays in the online publication of articles.
